We are an approved The Estates at Pecan Park Wedding DJ and have been there several times over the last few years. We enjoy going there and working as we can get set up early enough that we can make sure we have everything  I order. I usually arrive to set up as early as 10 am and most of the time by noon. At this event, we were the Preferred DJ Vendor. We are the best choice if you’re in the market for a DJ in Tomball Texas.

Load-in is easy, you can see our van on the lower right-hand side of the photo of the front of the Estates at Pecan Park. At this location, load-in is from the side where the kitchen is, and it’s a very short trip into the ballroom. Very ideal for us Wedding DJs.

As you can see from the times on the video, you get a little bit of everything.  In this, you can see our Bilingual DJ/MC Service. Even though most of the video is in Spanish, or all announcements are made in Spanish, there are a few that are translated for the guests.

First, we show a slideshow of key areas in the venue as it applies to the DJ and Photobooth. Additionally, we cover a few of the main areas, the bride and groom’s main table, their custom backdrop, their cake table, the custom banner by the cake, etc…

Then we have a venue tour via video from the outside, into the foyer, and finally, the main ballroom where you can see all their decor. Very lovely and elegant. Inside the ballroom, we have our wireless LED uplights all around the room.

Next, we have the grand introductions of the bridal party and bride and groom. All announcements are done in Spanish.

Following that, we have small clips of the dancing throughout the night, and yes even the slow moments where people were either tired or at the photo booth.

The next and final part is a video of the photo booth, with a few sessions, and one of course, of the bride and groom, enjoying their photo booth rental.

As most of you know, I LOVE  to sit down and chat with the bride and groom, days before their event. It can be 2 days or 14 days. The important part is getting a timeline down with all of the songs they will want. I even made a very popular YouTube video that helps brides plan their wedding itinerary. Here is the one I made with them, the songs were sent to me in a separate email but I got them ahead of time just in time to buy the songs I didn’t have. As you can see from my Itinerary/notes they wanted mainly Spanish music and very few English songs.

Hotel Derek Wedding DJ Service was provided back in 2012. As you can see, I’ve been going back through my archives. I try to record at almost every event I do, but I never make time to edit. I have videos going back to 2007, way before High Definition was a thing.

For this wedding, we provided our Bilingual DJ service, LED Uplights, and a customized monogram that would fit in the layout of the wall pictured below.

There was a lot of dancing at this party; people came to dance and celebrate the bride and groom’s matrimony.

The video begins with a venue tour of all the decor and our LED Uplights set to the color amber. This created a beautiful ambiance for the room. The monogram was displayed in the middle of the back wall, right next to the dance floor.

Once the party started, the uplights were provided, with sound-active color to add to the dancing ambiance.

If you’re looking for DJs Near Montgomery Texas, we are more than happy to help you. We were recently hired to DJ at the Lodge at Mound Creek for a wedding reception. The wedding ceremony was scheduled for 3 pm. We were not hired to be a part of the wedding ceremony, we arrived there early enough to set up and be ready to go by the time the ceremony began, just in case they needed any assistance from me. You can see the bride being driven off to her wedding ceremony via golf cart at the “03:16 3 PM Wedding Ceremony Starts” Mark on the video below.

For the ceremony, they brought some PA equipment from their church and had 4 amazing singers bring the music and the voices for the beautiful wedding ceremony.

Elegante Entertainment was hired to start at 5 pm for the cocktails and the rest of the evening.

Dancing in the Clouds Houston Services

Our Dancing in The Clouds Service was hired to go out to The Villagio on. I was just hired to do the Dancing in the Clouds and I was able to make a great connection with the DJ at the Venue. One of the things that we always try to get the venue to do is to turn off their AC unit for the first dance of the bride and groom. It’s only one song and yes it will get a bit warm, but it’s worth it for the effect.

Elegante Entertainment is one of the leaders in the Houston and Katy area when it comes to delivering the Dancing in the Clouds or Elegante Cloud. In the video below we have two dances on the clouds, the first one is for a Quinceanera’s Father and Daughter Dance, and the Second one is for the the bride and groom’s First dance.

In this video, we were at the Alegria Gardens Reception Hall in Katy Texas, for two different events where we provided the Elegante Cloud Effect. The first one is a video of a Quinceanera Dancing in the Clouds Service and the second part is a Full Wedding Reception with multiple cameras set around the venue so you can get a full 360-degree look into the venue as the effect is done for the wedding receptions.

The clouds for the Quinceanera on the video start at the nineteen-second mark (00:19)

This was done for the Father and Daughter dance, where the dad gets the opportunity to dance along with his beloved daughter.  The Cloud effect creates a memorable effect for this dance. The photographer and videographer can take very amazing photos and make it look like they are dancing in the sky with clouds around them.

 

Dancing on a Cloud for Weddings

The Wedding part of Dancing on a Cloud begins at the one-minute and fifty-eight seconds mark (01:58).

This effect was filmed, not professionally I can add, with 2 GoPro Cameras ( GoPro 7 Black and GoPro 7 Silver), one Poco Phone, and a Xioami 4k Mini Camera on top of the Dry Ice Machine (Chauvet Nimbus). The cameras were placed in various places around the dance floor so that you can get a full 360 view of how the effect comes out when you have your first dance at your ceremonial Reception.
