We provide service and are an approved wedding DJ for The Oaks at Oaks Plantation Wedding Venue in Rosharon Texas.
Recently we provided the Wedding DJ service and a Battery operated Ceremony Sound System which included one lavalier Microphone for the wedding officiate, (Forward to the minute, 5:01 of the video below) as well as a handheld microphone as backup and for any readings or special announcements. The second microphone can also be an additional lapel microphone. Music was provided via a tablet with the songs pre-loaded for Pre – Ceremony Music and the special songs during the Ceremony.
The venue was The Oaks at Oaks Plantation and their staff was excellent, we 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to have an event at this lovely venue.
Battery Operated Ceremony System
One of our most significant abilities is to provide a ceremony system that can be placed anywhere. Our Battery-operated Ceremony system is great for venues that have no power in the Ceremony Area. This ceremony system consists of 2 microphones, a battery-operated speaker, and an iPad for playing music. This setup is great and lasts over an hour without losing power. The microphones can be two handheld microphones; one handheld and one lavalier for the officiate; or two lavalier microphones, one for the officiant and the other for the groom. BEFORE BECOMING A VENUE
In 2014, the McConathy family purchased 500 acres of the Turner Ranch, and Oak Plantation Trophy Ranch was established. Initially, the family planned to build a luxury hunting lodge for guided whitetail and exotic deer hunts.
In 2015, their oldest son got engaged. He and his wife were married underneath one of the beautiful oak trees, long before anything else had been built. The joy they felt watching their loved ones celebrate such a special day turned the vision of a hunting lodge into an event venue. Their goal is to bring that same joy to others by providing a luxurious place for family and friends to gather in celebration.
In 2016, The Oaks at Oak Plantation was established, and in Spring 2019, their vision became a reality.
