Woodlands Resort and Conference Center Wedding – DJ Pictures

I love going to the Woodlands Resort and Conference Center, it’s a really nice venue with a different feel. It has a great out-door feeling with a modern twist. There is plenty of water and trees around the venue to make you feel like you are out in the woods, but with the comfort of the AC indoors. This wedding was photographed by my good Friend, Christine Tremoulet.

Megan and Cruz were referred over to me by Christine, and I have to say, this was one of the sweetest couple I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

To give you an example, At the beautiful outdoors ceremony, as Megan was walking down the isle, I took a look over at Cruz and his excitement and happiness was very noticeable on his face. The best way to describe it would be, like a little boy who is about to get the best present life is about to bless him with. It was really beautiful. I’ve never seen anything like it and I am glad I was able to witness such a beautiful ceremony.

Fantasea Wedding Reception on September 24, 2010 – Video | DJ | Highlights

I was lucky enough to be recommended to Valeria and Omid by one of the best photographers in the Houston Area, Christine Tremoulet.

Valeria and Omid needed a diverse Entertainer who could Entertain both sides of the family. Valeria’s side, mainly spoke Spanish. A lot of her family members came to the US for the wedding all the way from Bolivia. Omid’s family was predominantly Persian. Not to mention the Friends and family of both who love all the current hits. So with their help, I was able to keep them out on the deck of the boat all of the night, dancing to the music that Valeria, Omid, and Myself selected and programmed for their special day

This short clip was provided to us courtesy of MIA Productions, who, over the weekend worked pretty hard to get this short clip together for Omid and Valeria to share!

One Weekend… Or more like 2 days… That’s pretty amazing! Great Job MIA Productions!

I was recently the MC/DJ at a wedding at Briscoe Manor. We had the pleasure of also doing the Up Lighting, Photo Booth, and Monogram Projection and Display.

Below is a 10 Minute Video of Briscoe Manor as we decorated it with our NON-LED uplights and our Monogram Displayed on the walls.

DJ Renatto Moderato Youtube Page Showin Our Up Lighting

A few weeks ago, April 24th, 2010 to be exact, we were asked to provide up lighting, at a Reception hall on 290 and Little York.  We covered one wall with the upl ights and the background of the bride and groom’s area.

It was a small up light installation, but we used our new LED Uplight Bars, which cover approximately 3 feet, each, so it’s more of a wall washing uplight effect.

Well, we didn’t dj the event, it was another DJ, whom seems to be offered with the hall. A couple of days ago, i run into a youtube video, and the DJ at the event is now offering uplighting, but using our uplights, our work, and hard work…

Does this seem fair to you?

I don’t plan on taking any legal action, I did post a comment on his youtube video, which he has deleted, and all it stated was that, those were my lights, and they belonged to me… I didn’t ask him to take the video down nor did I ask him to do anything else.

I mean if you do up lighting, don’t you think that you should be showing your own work on your website and youtube page?

Why do I write this…

Well, for a couple of reasons… #1 to show off our work to those whom are interested in our services, and #2 to send traffic to the youtube page of DJ Renatto… After all he is displaying our work…

I know that that video will be the highest viewed video he has on his youtube account, and if he is ethical, he will give credit where credit is due.
