This video is at the lovely Springs Venue in Wallisville Tx, and you can see my first post about this event on my previous post called Wedding DJ at The Springs Venue in Wallisville, Texas. That post has the rest of the videos recorded at that wedding with the full playlist. From all those videos, only this salsa mix has gone semi-viral on YouTube.
The video is just over 12 minutes long and consists of three of the most popular salsa songs that there ever were. The first one, Lloraras by Oscar DeLeon, is a great song to play at any Venezuelan wedding. Definitley, a song that was played at many homes, back in the day.
The second song is Tu Amor Me Hace Bien ” by Marc Anthony. A great song by a Puerto Rican Accent that is well-loved by all Latinos; Venezuelans, Mexicans, Colombians, and all other Latinos all over the world.
The third song, to keep the crowd feeling the vibe, I put down was Celia Cruz, La vida es un Carnaval. Putting this song at the end of the set was pretty genius, if I do say so myself. This is a song that when any person, from all over the world, hears, their hips automatically start moving. Whether they have rhythm or not. It’s a great song to start any set; it’s an even greater song to transition away from Latino music into any other genre. You can see the dance floor actually gets more active as the song gets underway.
