Our Special Moments Venue is a brand new venue here in the West Houston Area. It’s located in the west side of town near Clay Road and HWY 6. I’m very fortunate to have met the owners and managers on a rare visit to the Houston Bridal Extravaganza, and after they explained to me the troubles they were having with their current DJ Company, I was more than glad to help them out with their open House after the Houston Bridal Extravaganza Show and after a few other bridal shows.

All three open Houses I’ve helped them out with, I’ve provided up lighting, a Photo Booth, and the DJ Service.

A few days ago I made a short post about the New Bell Tower on w34th street. Today I decided to see if I could fin a website or anything else where I could post some information about the venue. I imagine if they attended the Houston Bridal Extravaganza Show in July, they would more than likely have a website up and running, and they sure do.

First place I found them was in Bride.com and after that it lead me to their actual Bell Tower on w34th Street website where they just have a flyer letting people know they will be open for business soon.

Brady’s Landing Pictures Wedding DJ Venue Review

Brady's Landing

I had the pleasure of returning to Brady’s Landing on Sunday June 28th 2009 for the wedding reception of Nelda and Marvin Itzep.

Nelda and Marvin are very down to earth and simple people. Both of them had the biggest smiles any person can have and they just looked absolutely happy together. Every time they were together you could see and feel the love they had for each other, it was truly a pleasure to be able to be of service to them.

All the wedding professional present there were able to see that love, capture it and help me provide Nelda and Marvin with an amazing night that they can remember for the rest of their happy lives together.

One of those professionals was Photographer Julie Wilhite, from Julie Wilhite Photography who was very professional about everything and stayed in contact with me the whole time.  She made sure I knew if they were going out of the room to, sitting down to eat, or anything that might involve them missing the formalities of the wedding. Again, very professional and their pictures are just some of the most amazing photos that I have ever seen; Very vivid and colorful.

The staff at Brady’s Landing is always so accommodating, make the DJ feel welcomed and are very helpful when pointing out where to go what time to set up and even offered me some water early in the wedding reception. The room captain came up to me and presented himself and offered to be of assistance. That is always nice and not all room captains have that initiative. Most of the time I have to go looking for him and asking different people who is the person in charge of the room.

As a wedding professional, I truly recommend both Brady’s Landing and Julie Wilhite Photography.

Westlake Club Wedding DJ Pictures – Reviews

Westlake Club DJ Uplights Monogram Gobo DJ in Houston

I had the opportunity to visit the Westlake Club back in March. It is a beautiful facility located in the west side of Houston.

It is a beautiful club located on the seventh (7th) floor and decorated with windows thought the entire hall. The style and feel of the club was traditional with a warmness to it that eludes elegance.

All the reviews on the website, WeddingWire.com about the Westlake Club are 5 stars. People love Jennifer Keefe and her great staff and I could not agree more. They were very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I would love to return to the Westlake Club any day.

Blow are Pictures I took at the Westlake Club, during a recent wedding reception I had the pleasure of being the DJ and Master of Ceremonies. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are a Bride reading this and considering the place for your Wedding reception.

Tuscany Villa in Katy Texas DJ Uplights and Monogram Photos

The Tuscany Villa in Katy Texas is a beautiful place to have a wedding reception. The staff there is fantastic, very helpful and very concentrated in keeping their clients happy and well taken care of.

I’ve been there 3 times in the last 6 months and I am truly astonished at their positive attitude and their work ethics.

Below are some pictures of the place and we were doing the DJ as well as the Decor Lighting (Uplights) and the Monogram Gobo Projection.

As you can tell by the pictures, even with the sun out and the lights on, you can create a great mood in any place just by adding the up lighting and not to mention personalizing your event with your Monogram on a wall or even on the dance floor.

I have a previous video on Youtube and on this Blog with a different event that has the monogram on the floor and the uplighting set to a different color (blue). They were also taken at the Tuscany Villa in Katy Texas with all the lights on and since this the set up was actually done the day before the wedding, there are no pics or video from the wedding day itself as the lights were dimm.
