They say if you get married you take the plunge.
However, if you say “I do” 10 meters above the ground, taking the plunge can be a dangerous act.
For circus acrobats Mustafa Danguir and Anna Lebedeva, balancing on a tightrope high in the air was the perfect way to celebrate their special day.
The tightrope walkers of the Ringling Bros Circus tied the knot in Houston, Texas on Tuesday. Your friends, family and circus colleagues have gathered under the big roof.

Mr Danguir from Morocco said the couple met on a joint tour in Europe.
“We meet in Switzerland where she was a juggler and I was a high wire (performer) and she liked the high wire, so I started teaching her,” he said.
“And then we fell in love,” said Ms. Lebedeva.
With regular circus performers, animals and the direction of ringmaster David Shipman, the wedding definitely had a circus feel to it.
Ms. Lebedeva, a sixth generation acrobat from Russia, had a dozen bridesmaids and came to the circus ring on the back of a beautiful black horse.
And while his bride was given a stallion to ride, the groom had to enter the tent on a camel.

As a seasoned artist, Mr. Danguir founded the Danguir Highwire Troupe and walked a tightrope over a football stadium in Spain and between two mountains.
The circus will travel through the US until the end of 2016, so it is currently unclear which exotic location the couple will be spending their honeymoon in.
