MY PROUDEST FULFILLMENT: I’m really proud of the malted barley turning 10, and I’m proud that I took the plunge and started Echo Rock Flowers, which has been both successful and deeply enjoyable for me.

If I won the lottery the first thing I would do would be: Book a trip for closest friends and family now – rent a number of these overwater bungalows in Fiji or Bora Bora! Then pay off a lot of debt and have fun opening more businesses.
