EVANSVILLE, Ind (WEHT) The University of Southern Indiana has received just over $ 9 million as part of the latest federal aid package – Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds III (HEERF III). Based on eligibility, USI will distribute the funds to undergraduate students, including incoming students who first enroll in fall 2021.
USI plans to provide an award to as many eligible students as possible. You are still waiting for guidance from the U.S. Department of Education on eligibility requirements. At this point, students will be emailed for the fall of 2021 about the eligibility requirements and the steps required to apply for funding.
