As stated on my previous post, there were two major events going on at the beginning of this week.

  1. The Master of Ceremonies Workshop – By Mark & Rebecca Ferrell
  2. The Premier Bride Presentation – By Jennifer Schaffer and Myself

This was a very interesting week as far as learning and teaching goes. Learning the role of Master of Ceremonies was great. There were many things that were new and others that were strengthened. It’s great to have a mentor, a person who can guide and direct you on your profession. I would recommend that class to anyone that is interested in public speaking or in performing the role of MC, not just in weddings, but in any ceremony.

The Premier Bride Presentation was also pretty successful. I was able to talk about online marketing and it seemed that for the most part the attendees were very interested in Blogging and in Building and maintaining an email list. As a result, I started a new blog called Bloggin’ForWeddingVendors.com. Here is a link to the outline I used in that presentation:

If you are a wedding vendor and would like to:

  1. learn how to and why blog
  2. increase traffic to your website
  3. Learn to do successful email marketing
  4. Learn about website usability

Or anything else online marketing related, visit the site, and subscribe!!
