    🚗 Travel Policy

    • Within 50 miles of downtown Houston – No additional travel fees.
    • 50–100 miles – A small travel fee applies, calculated based on mileage and time.
    • Overnight stays – Required for events ending late at night, more than 100 miles away from Houston, with accommodations provided by the client.
    • Destination Events– Custom travel quote provided, covering transportation, lodging, and equipment logistics.

    We bring all necessary sound, lighting, and special effects equipment, so you get the same professional experience whether you’re in downtown Houston, a beachside venue in Galveston, or a hill country ranch reception.

    • Inquiry – Fill out our online contact form or call us to check date availability.
    • Consultation – We’ll schedule a quick call or meeting to discuss your vision, music preferences, and package options.
    • Custom Proposal – You’ll receive a tailored entertainment proposal based on your needs.
    • Secure Your Date – A signed agreement and a small deposit officially reserve your day.
    • Planning Assistance – Once booked, you’ll receive access to our Planning & Music Playlist PDF and unlimited consultations to perfect your timeline and music list.
    • Final Details – We confirm all music, announcements, and special requests about 2–4 weeks before your event date.

    We accept a variety of payment options to make booking easy and flexible:

    🏦 Bank Transfers / ACH

    💵 Cash – For in-person meetings and final payments

    💻 Online Payments – Secure payment link via invoice

    📄 Checks – Accepted for deposits and balance payments if received at least 14 days before the event

    Payment Terms

    Initial Payment – A small portion of the total balance is required to reserve your event date.

    Final Balance – Due 14 days before your event.

    Flexible Payment Plans – Available for larger packages to spread payments over time.

    Rescheduling – If you need to change your date, we apply your deposit to the new date (subject to availability).
